Charles Muggeridge

Charles has led award-winning communications campaigns on behalf of corporate and not-for-profit clients.

He works with clients on public affairs programs, helps them manage through issues and provides counsel in crisis situations. He leads strategic planning and conducts media and messaging training with advocates and company leaders around some of the leading issues of the day, including cyber-security issues. He has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of sectors including healthcare and energy. As a former journalist, he brings an understanding of both consumer and trade media.

He is involved in reputation planning, stakeholder strategies, earned- media and social media campaigns. He works on community engagement strategies, research announcements and awareness campaigns. He counsels clients on advocacy programs to support government relations strategies.

He has extensive experience working with clients to build coalitions with stakeholder groups to advocate for change.

Prior to joining FH he was a reporter at a daily newspaper, and he also worked with a not-for-profit patient organization on its consumer and professional publications. When not bringing his passion to his client work, he is active in the community coaching a variety of youth sports. He has a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
